I only have one question this month, which is actually surprising being I just started blogging again a few weeks ago. Q: How do you stay medication compliant? A: Short answer is I don't. Like most people with serious and persistent mental illness, I struggle with medication compliance. I am about 85-90% compliant. Here is a bullet list of what I do to maintain that. I have 4 weekly pill boxes, that have am and pm. Each box has the same colors for each. (When I had some that were not the same, I messed up am & pm too much. Even though some of my medications are better served when taken a various times during the day. I work with my Doctors to keep it to a morning and evening regiment. I now have Google Home, I have programmed it to give me reminders 1 hour after saying good morning and when I say goodnight. I keep my current pill box visible and next to my coffee pot.
